We are excited that you would like to join us for Shabbat Shacharit this Saturday morning. Please see below for more details and our plans to keep you and your family healthy. Given COVID restrictions, this form is not yet confirmation of registration. We will follow up by Thursday morning to confirm after we understand the demand and capacity.

Service: Shabbat Shacharit
Location: Member backyard in Brookline (Amory area location, exact location to be provided upon registration confirmation)
Start time: 9:30 AM
Attendees:
- Maximum of 15 individuals
- Only attendees over Bar/Bat Mitzvah age
- No attendees with symptoms, confirmed cases of COVID-19, or exposure to others likely to have COVID-19 in the last 14+ days, absent a confirmed negative test
- All those who are at-risk of further complications from COVID-19 (including anyone with medical conditions outlined by the CDC or those over the age of 60) should speak with your medical professional to make your own decision - we rely on your judgment to keep yourself, and others, safe
- All attendees must sign up in advance, confirm their lack of symptoms, and agree to let WSM leadership know if they are symptomatic/confirmed in the next 2 weeks
